Board Elects Three New Members, Two New Executive Committee Members

Annapolis, Md. – The Board of Directors for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) announced its recent elections for new board members and the Executive Committee.

The board elected Scott Estes, CFO and executive vice president for Welltower, Inc.; Justin Hutchens, executive vice president and chief investment officer for HCP, Inc.; and Ed Kenny, chairman and CEO of Life Care Services.

In addition, the board elected two new members to the Executive Committee: Tim Fox, executive vice president for Senior Resource Group, and Kurt Read, principal of RSF Partners.

Finally, the board elected John A. Moore, chairman and CEO of Atria Senior Living, as board chair for an additional one-year term.
