NEW YORK, June 26, 2014- Penton’s National Real Estate Investor (Nreionline.com) and the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC), are collaborating to create the first annual survey on the outlook for the seniors housing property market in terms of both its market fundamentals as well as its capital market trends. The survey will include the views of owners, builders, developers, lenders and investors in the seniors housing and care sector.
The survey results will appear in the September/October issue of National Real Estate Investor, which reaches 85,000+ members of the National Real Estate Investor community. In addition, the survey results report will appear on www.nreionline.com for one full year and will be available on NREI’s tablet and mobile app. The report will also be available at the 24th NIC National Conference, which will take place October 1-3, 2014 in Chicago.
National Real Estate Investor publisher Rich Santos said, “We anticipate the report will be a ‘must-have’ resource for professionals in the seniors housing property market, in particular for investors. Our members increasingly are expressing interest in seniors housing, which is generally regarded as emerging as the next core property type for commercial real estate investors—including institutional investors.”
Chuck Harry, NIC managing director and director of research and analytics, adds, “Given the dynamic market cycles of the seniors housing property market, operators and investors alike are keenly interested in the outlook for the sector’s supply and demand trends as well as its market’s prospects for both debt and equity capital.”
The special report offers sponsorship opportunities, which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sponsorship deadline is August 8, 2014. Industry professionals interested in sponsorship should contact Rich Santos, Group Publisher, National Real Estate Investor at 212.204.4227 or rich.santos@penton.com.
