Senior housing and care represents a rapidly-growing career opportunity that will require a vastly larger and well-trained workforce. It’s estimated that 10,000 Baby Boomers will turn 65 every day from 2011-2029.  This generation, the largest in recorded U.S. history, presents an unprecedented opportunity for young workers and entrepreneurs to support this exploding population.

NIC offers several academic outreach programs to highlight the opportunities of the sector so that today’s university students are empowered to become tomorrow’s leaders in providing high-quality, sustainable elder care.
