Aaron Becker is a senior managing director and the head of seniors housing and healthcare production at Lument, leading the firm’s national efforts in providing capital funding for the senior living and healthcare sectors. Aaron works out of the Conshohocken, PA office. Since joining Lument’s predecessor Lancaster Pollard in 2011, Aaron has completed more than $1.8 billion in transactions across the entire capital platform which includes FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, balance sheet, bond underwriting, private equity, and advisory services. Prior to joining legacy firm Lancaster Pollard, Aaron served as a vice president in Merrill Lynch’s Healthcare Finance IB Group, where he structured public bond offerings, private placements and derivatives with a par amount exceeding $3 billion. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University and an MBA degree with honors from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He holds general securities representative (Series 7 and 63) and investment banking representative (Series 79) licenses.
