Ann O’Shaughnessy is a Group Head and Managing Director in CIBC Bank USA’s Healthcare Group. She leads a team of professionals that originate, underwrite, and manage relationships with owners, operators, and investors in a variety of healthcare specialties. Her team has a national banking platform, working with clients across the United States.
Prior to joining CIBC in 2007, she was Senior Vice President and Division Manager at LaSalle Bank, focusing on the healthcare industry. Ann has been a board member and volunteer with a number of not-for-profit organizations that work to assist the homeless attain self-sufficiency and educational efforts to develop foundational skills for students. She has been a volunteer on NIC’s Spring Conference Committee for many years.
Ann is a Fellow with Leadership Greater Chicago, which works to effect transformative civic impact in Greater Chicago and holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
