As president of Anthology Senior Living, CA’s senior living platform, Ben Burke oversees the senior living business including investments, development, asset management and operations.
Founded in 2014, Anthology Senior Living is a vertically integrated owner, operator, and developer of private pay senior living. Anthology owns and/or operates 40 communities with 4,800 units, including communities under construction, and employs 1,300+ team members. Prior to joining CA, Ben was the Vice President of Development & Investor Relations at Spectrum Retirement Communities. While at Spectrum, he was directly involved in the development of 20 communities (approximately 2,300 units) across nine states. Product types included independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Through these developments, Spectrum’s portfolio grew from approximately 1,700 units to more than 4,000 units. Prior to joining Spectrum, Ben held positions with Archstone-Smith and CWCapital. Ben graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in real estate.
