Brandon Ribar is the president and CEO of Sonida Senior Living, one of the nation’s largest senior living providers. He’s also a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to becoming CEO in September 2022, Brandon served as the company’s chief operating officer. In that role, he was instrumental in planning and implementing improvements to the company’s operating model as well as navigating its response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He was also heavily involved in portfolio divestitures, a recapitalization transaction and debt refinancing. Before that, he was vice president of health care investments at Fillmore Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm with more than $5 billion in assets under management. He oversaw sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing of all health care investments in the company’s investment funds. Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in operations management information systems from Santa Clara University.
