Chip Gabriel

In his role as Executive Chairman, Chip Gabriel oversees strategic alignment, new business development and partner relations. An integral part of Generations leadership since 1989, Chip brings an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for integrating technology, health care and intergenerational experiences into Generations campuses. He loves the process of visioning and creating new communities and has overseen the development of over 3,500 units of senior housing. Most fulfilling for Chip is that his life’s work positively impacts the lives of residents and staff – in his words, “our job is to make people happy!”
