Dave Harper

Dave has over 20 years of healthcare real estate experience across debt, equity, and capital markets. He joined GE Capital's Healthcare Financial Services business in 2004, which was subsequently acquired by Capital One in 2015. During his tenure within the business, he has held various leadership positions including running both their capital markets syndication efforts as well as the underwriting and portfolio management teams across the Seniors Housing, Skilled Nursing, and Medical Office segments. He is currently head of Capital One's Senior Housing business focusing on business development nationwide for both balance sheet and agency debt products. Dave is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is located in Chicago.
