Dave has over 20 years of healthcare real estate experience across debt, equity, and capital markets. He joined GE Capital's Healthcare Financial Services business in 2004, which was subsequently acquired by Capital One in 2015.
During his tenure within the business he has held various leadership positions including running both their capital markets syndication efforts as well as the underwriting and portfolio management teams. Dave now is on the Senior Housing originations team focusing on business development throughout the southeast.
