David Jennings

David Jennings is the Vice President of Investments for Atria Senior Living, where he leads the evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities for Atria and its investment partners. He focuses on a variety of strategic and real-estate transactions, including acquisitions, redevelopments, ground-up developments, and operator transitions.  Prior to joining Atria, Mr. Jennings worked at Hilliard Lyons Investment Banking (now part of Baird), a middle-market investment banking group.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
