As Managing Principal of Trilogy Connect, LLC, her practice focuses on strategy development and decision-making, governance education and direction, strategic relationship development and executive strategy sessions. Her thought-provoking and welcoming style, coupled with over 25 years of experience as an operator in the aging services field, enables her to tap into the insights of individual members of a team and weave these perspectives together into an aligned and actionable strategy. This combination of real-world understanding of the issues, combined with expertise in facilitation, creates cohesive decision-making that is tailored to each organization.
Ms Burfeindt received her MBA from Bloomsburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from Shippensburg University (PA). She has been involved in various leadership positions including the National Investment Center Planning Committee, LeadingAge PA Board of Directors, LeadingAge PA Fellows in Leadership Coach, and is a Larry Minnix Leadership Academy Fellow. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and frequent presenter at state and national conferences.
