Doug Dollenberg

Doug joined Brightview Senior Living in 2017. As CEO and President, Doug is responsible for directing strategies, operations, and long-term growth of the business. Brightview’s development and management companies. He began his career as an engineer at Whitman, Requardt, and Associates before joining McKinsey & Company, where he worked across many different businesses and industries. Doug previously recently served on the executive leadership team at TESSCO in Hunt Valley, Maryland. He led the commercial product management organization for this value-added distributor of wireless products and solutions. He graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
