Mr. Lessard became the Chief Operating Officer of Belmont Village Senior Living in April 2015. He has 20 years of experience with the company in operations, investments and finance. Belmont is a national developer, owner and operator of high-end senior living communities that offer independent living, assisted living and memory care services on a monthly rental basis. Belmont is backed by institutional capital and currently operates 28 communities in seven states.
Prior to joining Belmont, Mr. Lessard spent six years in Public Accounting and Internal Audit and held various roles in the real estate, education and healthcare industries. Mr. Lessard received his BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1983.
Mr. Lessard currently serves as a member of the NIC Future Leaders Council Oversight Committee and CALA Board members.
