Fee Stubblefield is the founder and CEO of The Springs Living, a senior living company based in McMinnville, Oregon. Today, the company has 19 senior living communities and is opening its 20th in 2024. These consist of a combination of housing options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
The Springs Living has grown organically through acquisition and ground-up development over the past 28 years. Stubblefield started The Springs Living in 1996 with an idea to build a retirement community that his grandmother would feel at home in as she faced the challenges of aging. He is married and has three adult children and two grandchildren. He is an author, A Culture of Promise, due out this summer with Forbes Books. He is a past Chair of the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCA). He is a past member of the Operator Advisory Board and current Vice-Chair-Strategy of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC).
