Franke Elliott is an experienced healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience working for nationally recognized managed care organizations and healthcare services companies. His expertise includes strategic positioning, creating competitive advantage, and business development to achieve revenue growth and sustained value creation.
Mr. Elliott is a Co-Founder & serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Bloom Healthcare, as well as the senior executive for Bloom Health Network, Bloom’s wholly owned Accountable Care Organization serving the High Needs population in the ACO REACH Model. Franke is responsible for helping set the overall strategic direction of the company. His primary focus is transforming the company’s revenue model through value-based care arrangements with Medicare Advantage organizations and the CMS Innovation Center; strategic partnerships; market expansion and inorganic growth opportunities.
Prior to cofounding Bloom, Mr. Elliott served as the Chief Managed Care Officer of Kindred Healthcare, Inc. for 6 years and served as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee Council. Prior to joining Kindred, Mr. Elliott was a Senior Vice President of Business Development for HealthSpring, Inc., (acquired by Cigna Corporation), one of the country’s leading health plans focused on managing Medicare Advantage populations through innovative physician partnerships.
For more than 10 years, Mr. Elliott worked in various capacities for HCA Healthcare, where he was responsible for all aspects of commercial relationships with payors for the Company’s hospitals and related businesses in multiple markets throughout the southeastern United States.
Franke is a graduate of the University of Missouri and has served on Board of Directors for Results Physiotherapy, a mid-market private equity backed, physical therapy company based in Nashville, TN, (acquired by Upstream Rehabilitation), as well as Curavi Health, a UPMC incubated telemedicine solutions company, focused on the long-term care industry (merged with CarePointe and USHS to form Arkos Health).
