Ilya N. Gaev began his appraisal career in 2003, specializing in commercial property including medical office, healthcare, industrial facilities, residential/commercial subdivisions, and various retail projects. In 2013, Mr. Gaev joined HealthTrust, LLC providing valuation and consulting services for a broad spectrum of healthcare and seniors housing properties. As Partner, Mr. Gaev oversees the Boston office, holds an MAI Designation with the Appraisal Institute and is licensed Certified General in multiple states.
