As the Vice President of Asset Management, James is responsible for leading the asset management function and driving value across a portfolio of over 50 communities in partnership with Sunrise’s Brookfield, Revera, Prime Care, and Inova owner groups.
Prior to joining Sunrise in 2024, James spent six years at Blue Moon Capital Partners where he held various positions of increasing leadership responsibility, most recently serving as Director of Investments. In this role, James drove asset management through strategic collaboration with ten senior housing operating partners, overseeing assets generating $360 million in annual revenue.
James earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University in 2015.
