Jamie Cobb is President, Real Estate Asset Management at Columbia Pacific Advisors (CPA). Jamie’s responsibilities include operational execution of CPA’s real estate investment strategy including the oversight of the asset management, FP&A and accounting functions for CPA’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific, Jamie spent 5 years at Colliers International, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for North America. Prior to taking on those responsibilities, he served as Senior Director, Business Analysis for Colliers Global COO. Prior to Colliers, Jamie spent 9+ years as an investment professional at the Bill and Melinda Gates Investment (BMGI) Company also known as Cascade Investment, which manages the Gates' personal wealth as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Endowment. During his tenure at BMGI he served as a board member of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, representing Cascade in their joint venture ownership. After graduating from the Foster School of business at the University of Washington, Jamie spent four years as an assurance and advisory professional at Ernst & Young covering private and public real estate, retail, media and biotechnology companies. Jamie is the holder of the CFA charter and previously passed the CPA exam in the State of Washington.
