Jeff Patterson is the CEO and a Co-Founder of Sparrow Partners which was founded in 2017. Sparrow is currently exclusively focused on the active adult segment of senior housing. Jeff is responsible for overall vision and leadership of the company along with capital partner relationships.
Prior to founding Sparrow, Jeff was a Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners and responsible for its multifamily division. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Jeff lives in Orange County, CA with his four children.
