Jessica Lopez is an accomplished senior living executive with more than two decades of experience working with older adults. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at HumanGood, Jessica oversees seven Life Plan Communities across multiple states, driving operational and financial excellence, fostering team collaboration, and implementing transformative initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life.

Since her experience as a resident assistant in college, Jessica has dedicated her career to the industry and likes to say she was “raised by residents.” Known for her people-centered leadership style, she spearheaded numerous initiatives that prioritize personalized care and community engagement. One of Jessica's most notable achievements was guiding The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens a large Life Plan Community through a $120 million redevelopment project, spanning five years in duration.

Jessica holds a master’s degree in leadership and organization development and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, along with specialized certifications in gerontology. She also holds licenses as a nursing home administrator and a residential care facility for the elderly administrator in the state of California. A respected thought leader in the industry, Jessica also plays an active role in community outreach, public speaking, and fostering partnerships that benefit residents and the broader community.
