Jessica Pearce is the Program and Professional Development Manager at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). Jessica brings over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing education and programming for a myriad of professional organizations. Prior to joining the staff at NIC, Ms. Pearce worked with philanthropist, architects, public housing and neuroscientists to develop their professional development goals and objectives.
Ms. Pearce is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and she is a graduate of Trinity Washington University where she received her (B.A) and (M.S.A) in Organizational Management.
