Joel Rosenberg is the Vice President of Data & Analytics at Life Care Services. In his role, Joel oversees data governance, data science, and various analytics capabilities. His focus is on transforming data into a valuable asset and bringing analytics to life within the organization. His department develops solutions that enhance market understanding, optimize the sales funnel, empower employees, and improve services for residents. He also directs the strategy and implementation of LCS’s artificial intelligence initiatives.
Joel brings over a decade of experience in data science, analytics, and consulting, with a background spanning both hands on-work and strategic leadership. Before joining LCS, he led the analytics function for Principal Financial Group’s insurance benefits division, where he helped develop two patent-pending innovations. He is also the co-founder of Des Moines Data for Good, a nonprofit that supports Iowa-based organizations in using data to advance their missions.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with specializations in analytics and statistics from Iowa State University. He is known for building high-performing teams and driving results through culture of curiosity, collaboration and purposeful innovation.
