Founder and Partner of Cardinal Senior Management has prospected and built a portfolio of multifamily, student housing and self-storage in West Michigan for the last 9 years. From 2009 to 2012, Joe worked as a court appointed receiver for Amicus Management. During the three years as a court appointed receiver, Joe identified and turned around over two dozen struggling business and positioned them for sale/liquidation for the 6th Circuit Court and Department of Justice. Project managing for Amicus Management, Joe used his entrepreneur passion and real estate and business ownership experience to identify and close millions in real estate re-positioning for the Amicus. Joe values close personal relationships in multiple industries; i.e. banking, real estate, legal and business. Joe relied on his receivership experience to select, purchase and turn around 650 apartments in West Michigan and 515 self-storage units that currently make up his real estate holdings.

Joe founded Ancora Management in 2012. His company focused on maximizing revenue and controlling expenses at multiple residential and storage facilities. Joe’s intuition and instinct for value driven investment provides leadership and mentoring in the real estate community. Ancora continues to grow, diversify in investment, value and influence within the market place.

Joe received his Bachelor degree focused on entrepreneurship and public/nonprofit administration from Grand Valley State University.

He resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife.
