Kai is CEO of Healthcare for Keppel LTD, a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. Headquartered in Singapore, Keppel creates value for investors and stakeholders through its quality investment platforms and diverse asset portfolios, including private funds and listed real estate and business trusts.
Kai’s healthcare experience includes CEO of Eclipse Senior Living, a national operator with 100+ IL/AL/MC communities located in 20+ states; Senior Managing Director – Senior Housing Properties at HealthPeak Inc. (NYSE: PEAK), a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT), President and CEO of Holiday Retirement, at the time, the second largest senior housing operator in the United States. Kai has also worked at Macerich (NYSE: MAC), a retail REIT, where he focused on operations, marketing, and developments/redevelopments; as well as Canyon Ranch, the world-renowned wellness spa, where he focused on real estate developments.
Kai serves as a board member of both NIC (National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care), and Argentum (formerly Assisted Living Federation of America).
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
