Kass is a principal in VIUM Capital co-managing the firm’s strategic direction in providing capital funding for the seniors housing and healthcare sectors.
Prior to founding VIUM Capital, Kass spent 14 years at Lancaster Pollard including the last five years as President. He was instrumental in establishing the firm as a leading FHA LEAN lender for the past decade. Before his time as president, Kass served as an investment banker and regional manager for the firm. He has 25+ years of experience in capital markets and corporate banking. Kass has a degree in finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
A graduate of Leadership Columbus, he is the current President & Board Chair of New Albany Lacrosse Association, a Board member of HearAide and Junior Achievement, and an Executive Board Member of American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).
