Dr. Lanz is our founder and principal designer at TopSight. She recently served as Chief Strategy Officer for PCMA, a national geriatric practice and Chief Clinical Officer for Aspire Health from start up to acquisition as the largest palliative program in the country. She has led a two CMS cooperative demonstrations (including ACO REACH), served on various boards, and is a nationally awarded clinical expert in palliative care.
Dr. Lanz has deep experience leading projects with NCQA, NQF, RAND, Foundations, Professional Organizations, Venture Capital Firms, Health Systems and Health Plans. She is trained in design thinking and has a proven record of creating value and scaling healthcare companies that provide stellar care.
