Leigh Ann Barney

Ms. Barney has served as the President and CEO of Trilogy Health Services since 2019. Trilogy Health Services is a privately-held owner, operator, and developer of over 100 senior living communities throughout the Midwest. Trilogy Senior Living Communities provide a full continuum of senior living services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Post-Acute Healthcare Services. The Company’s culture of servant leadership and compassion has earned it multiple accolades, including being named one of FORTUNE’s Best Workplaces for Aging Services and one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work. Before moving into the CEO position, Ms. Barney served in various roles at Trilogy over the course of 18 years, including Chief Stewardship Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During her time with the Company, she has overseen critical areas of operations, including clinical, pharmacy, and therapy services. Her commitment to excellence in all areas of the business has allowed the Company to increase its footprint while maintaining the high quality of its services. She is a graduate from the University of Louisville School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Masters of Business Administration.
