Lori manages the seniors housing and student housing product for Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital. She is based in New York City, which is the group’s main office but covers seniors and student housing nationwide. Over the past five years, she has been instrumental in growing the seniors and student housing platform and streamlining options for clients. Working hand and hand with other Wells Fargo divisions, Lori ensures clients have the optimal financing solution.
Lori has over ten years of experience working with seniors and student housing owners and operators as well as over twenty years in commercial real estate. Prior to working at Wells Fargo, Lori held various roles working for commercial and multi-family real estate lenders and service providers.
