Lori Coombs is the Head of Seniors Housing for Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) product at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital. She is based in New York City which is the group’s main office but covers Seniors Housing nationwide. Lori started her career in multifamily and real estate finance in 1995. She has more than 15 years of experience in GSE lending and specifically 7 years in Seniors Housing. Before joining Wells Fargo in 2007, she worked at several Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, balance sheet and CMBS lenders involved in financing both commercial and multi-family real estate. Lori graduated from University of Connecticut with a degree in real estate and finance. She currently lives in Westchester NY with her husband and children. She is involved in various charity and community organizations in the Westchester area.
