Marc Hudak serves as the Chief Growth Officer and IPA Business Lead at Longevity Health Plan, a national Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) and clinical services organization that partners with health plans to manage clinical and financial outcomes for long-term care and senior living residents. Longevity’s purpose is to improve the health and quality of life of long-term care and senior living residents by caring for their unique medical, social and emotional needs.
In this role Marc is responsible for enterprise growth and leads Longevity’s national payer partnerships business with one Marc’s primary focuses centered on establishing differentiated value-based partnerships that enable skilled nursing facility partners to transition to and thrive in value-based care. With almost 20 years of healthcare experience, Marc is a seasoned P&L and value-based care leader who previously served as the President of CarePartners of Connecticut, Market President at Evolent Health, and held other senior roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, and Cigna.
Marc earned a BS in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
