Michael Cregan

Michael Cregan is a Vice President within the Debt and Structured Finance practice of CBRE’s National Senior Housing group which he has been member of since 2018. On a day-to-day basis, Michael is responsible for deal underwriting, preparation of all investment memos, and marketing transactions vis a vis CBRE’s mortgage banking practice consisting of loan placement, Agency lending, and CBRE’s two proprietary debt fund programs. Prior to joining CBRE, Michael worked within the Valuation & Advisory group at JLL, working principally on multifamily related assignments. Michael is a 2017 graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, where he majored in Economics with a double minor in Spanish and Finance. He lives in Houston, TX with his wife, Izzy, and works out of CBRE National Senior Housing’s HQ office.
