Moira Kelley

Moira Kelley serves as Assistant Vice President and Head of Social Impact on Harrison Street’s Impact Team, which focuses on Harrison Street’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. Moira is responsible for driving the Firm’s social impact at its investments, which includes health and wellbeing initiatives, partner and tenant engagement strategies across the firm’s asset sectors, and special research projects. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Moira held strategic marketing positions at global design and planning firm Gensler as well as at local Chicago-based firms. She also co-founded a waste reduction consultancy called Zero Waste Chicago. She is a Fitwel Ambassador, LEED Green Associate, and TRUE Advisor. Moira is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in Chicago, IL with her husband and daughter.
