Nicole Perri has been in the seniors housing finance industry for over 25 years and currently serves as Deputy Chief Underwriter in Berkadia Commercial Mortgage’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare group. She is responsible for overseeing the GSE senior housing team of highly seasoned underwriters and analysts preparing comprehensive loan approval packages.
Nicole currently serves on the Freddie Mac Senior Housing Lender Advisory Council providing insight and feedback on processes, communication, timing, and other structures of a transaction. Prior to Berkadia, Nicole was Senior Underwriter with Capmark/GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Berkadia’s predecessor company, in Birmingham, Alabama where she resides with her husband as empty nesters.
