NIC conducted a poll of architectural firms that are active in the senior living sector. In many cases, activity within architectural firms can be an early indicator of future construction and development. The intent of the poll was to gather feedback from this group of professionals to gain insights into what planning may be underway within the senior living sector. Firms were divided as to their level of activity in the sector compared to one year ago, but most agreed that they anticipate senior living development activity will pick up again in a meaningful way in 2025.
