The NIC Actual Rates Initiative is driven by the need to increase transparency in the seniors housing sector and achieve greater parity to data that is available in other real estate property types.

Senior Living DEIB Coalition

The Coalition’s goal is to co-create a plan of action and strategy around DEIB, including the development of resources that inform, equip, and catalyze positive impact and thinking around DEIB

Academic Outreach

As part of its mission to enable access and choice for America’s elders, NIC has developed extensive partnerships and educational opportunities with many academic institutions.
